X Brewers Series "Mushroom Porter"

CHOCOLATE | EARTHY | UMAMI
An English-style Porter, this ale has a rich malt body with notes of caramel, chocolate and toasted bread. We’ve added over 50lbs of mushrooms throughout the brewing process, which adds a nice musty, earthiness, while at the same time accentuating the chocolate and umami notes already prevalent in the beer.
