I want to place an order for curbside pickup at the brewery, but I don't see an option at checkout?

We're not offering curbside pickup at this time.

Please note our brewery's retail store is now open every day!

How does shipping beer through the mail work?
It's easy! You just need to be 19+ years of age or older, able to purchase alcohol, be an individual in Ontario and have valid photo ID as "Proof of Age".

Beer deliveries happen during business hours Mon-Fri. Please do not order beer to your home if you will not be home to receive it. 

If you will not be home during the day, you could alternatively have your beer shipped to a friend or family members home, a neighbours home, or a workplace where someone who is 19+ will be able to receive it.

I've placed an order. When will it arrive?
We ship out 2 days a week every TUESDAY & THURSDAY

Shipments will take roughly 1-3 business days from the date of shipment to arrive in major Ontario cities, and up to 2-4 business days for destinations outside of city areas.


***Please note these are just estimates, and we have been seeing longer than usual transit times as couriers deal with increased parcel delivery volumes during Covid-19/Holiday Season. 


You will get a tracking notification from us via email as soon as your order has been prepared to ship. This doesn't mean it's heading out the door that day/moment, but it does mean it's ready for pickup and will be in transit very soon. 

In most cases:

Orders placed Tuesday to Thursday morning ship: Thursday

Orders placed from Thursday afternoon to Monday ship: Tuesday

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Our couriers will attempt delivery 1-2 times, and if nobody is home the package will be placed on hold for customer pick up at the nearest location or returned to the brewery. In the event that your package is held for pickup, the driver will leave a delivery slip with location information at your address. 

Please monitor your tracking number for out for delivery notifications.

My tracking number says "NOT FOUND" - does that mean it's lost? 
Fret not, this means it's on the way! We pack all our boxes onto a wrapped palette that is shipped to our couriers sorting facility where it is then unloaded and scanned. Between when we create the pickup slip in the brewery as we pack your box and when the boxes are unloaded at the sorting facility, your tracking number may come up as "NOT FOUND." As your box continues its journey and gets further scans you will see tracking updates like "in sort process" and our favourite one - "out for delivery."

How is my age checked when the beer is delivered?
All orders containing intoxicating beverages, like beer, must have a signature and proof of age (19+ valid photo ID) before your package can be accepted. The name on the parcel must also match the person receiving the package.

Where can you ship beer?
We can only ship beer within the province of Ontario.

Can you ship to a PO BOX?
Unfortunately not! Our courier does not deliver to postal boxes. If you've included a PO box in your address, please contact store@sawdustcitybeer.com with your home address.

We ship Ontario wide for $15!
