A bold beer, brewed with lots of roasted and chocolate malts, a big dose of cinnamon, vanilla, cayenne pepper and “Steampunk “espresso from Velvet Sunrise Coffee Roasters (Stouffville, ON) to give it that little something extra. An aroma of spices, minged with espresso and chocolate lead the way with roasted malt and cayenne spice lingering on the long finish. A slight sweetness balances the bittersweet chocolate character of the darker malts. The alcohol is dangerously well hidden.
