Gravenhurst Steam is a Steam Beer (aka California Common) that is fermented at warmer temperatures using a lager yeast. This gives the beer a slight fruitiness to go along with the toasted caramel malts and earthy, minty hops. We hope you enjoy this crisp amber lager with a noticeable but well balanced hop bitterness.
Gravenhurst Steam first appeared in our 2021 Lager Series, and was inspired by Muskoka's historic steamships.
