This style has a delicate balance of malt and hops to create a soft and well-rounded ultra pale lager. Taking inspiration from the original style, I chose floor malted pilsner and Northern Spring as both deliver sweet maltiness and super low lovibond. Perle and saaz hops were used to add a dash of spice to the flavour profile.
